The room had really cool touches. Like the note with a greeting on the desk. I admired the fact they blocked the peep hole in the door for privacy. Our room was large and spacious. The staff was very friendly and they seemed like they enjoyed working there.

I liked that they offered breakfast. It was convenient to the airport. the hotel offered immenities such as an area to purchase snacks, etc., had an indoor pool, which was closed due to construction, but didn't affect us. I liked to view to the airport. We enjoyed watching the planes takeoff/land. The price of the hotel was great.

Great staff. It is right across from the entrance to the airport. There was a little pickup but the manager Abby took care of it quickly and efficiently. If you are staying in the jacuzzi suite the water in the tub gets super hot so be careful with that. Breakfast was hot and yummy. I will be staying here anytime I have to go to Bentonville.

I was so comfortable and the room was so quiet. The bed was perfect for me and I slept like a rock! The morning breakfast was great with a huge variety.....even bacon and sausage! The construction going on was kept to day time hours . It interfered with the view but was not bothersome. Great value and so close to the airport! I would stay here again and again.

The king room was spacious and clean. We especially liked the walk-in shower. Breakfast was great with hot biscuits and gravy, eggs and meats (bacon one day and sausage the other) fruit, yogurt, cereal, make your own waffles. Best hotel breakfast in a long time.

The room was clean, but I froze during the night. Do I use the thermostat on wall or the window unit to maintain the room temperature. The shuttle service was a godsend, since my car was frozen shut on my way TO the airport, 5:45 departure, and an answer to my prayers after my LONG wait, hold, wait, 12:00 AM return. My car was at the hotel, thawed, but stranded/

The rate was very reasonable. The king bed room that I had was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very nice. The entire staff was friendly and took time to even pet my dog and chit chat for several minutes. The cleaning ladies were very sweet. The location is great for those guests flying into the NWA airport (XNA).

Staff was great! Breakfast was great! Nice variety & mix of food daily. Internet/WiFi was better than most hotels. Cleaning staff was Excellent!

The fact that my plane had me arrived into hightville at 2:00 a.m. the staff was more than happy to get me right into a room so I didn't have to wait or pay extra for check in. The two ladies at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful.
